Install from an Offline installer

Before you begin an offline installation, make sure you have activated licenses for the products you are installing. Your product licenses are not part of the offline installer itself. Unlicensed products will be installed, but you won’t be able to run them without their licenses. You may choose to activate your product licenses on the same flash drive as the offline installer.
Begin by connecting the offline installer USB flash drive to the target computer.

If Waves Central is not installed on the target computer:

  1. Open the folder where the offline installer is located.
  2. Locate the Waves Central installer (.exe file for Windows, .dmg for Mac) and follow the prompts to install.

Once Waves Central is installed and running on the target computer:

  1. Launch the Waves Central application on the system where some your licenses are activated:
Windows: via the desktop shortcut or Start Menu > All Programs > Waves Central.
    Mac: Applications > Waves Central.
  2. Log into Waves Central.
  3. Access the Offline Installer page. Under Install from an Offline Installer, click Browse.
  4. Browse to the desired offline installer folder you just unzipped. It will be named "Waves - xx.xx.xx".
  5. On Mac: When you are in "Waves - xx.xx.xx", select Install.cen and click Open.
On Windows: When you are in "Waves - xx.xx.xx", click Select Folder.
Alternatively, you can drag the Install.cen icon onto the Waves Central interface.
  6. From the list, select the products you wish to install.
  7. Click Install.
