How to Update Waves Plugin Software from V12.0 to V12.7

If you have V12 licenses and V12.0 software installed on your system, you can update all your V12 plugins to the new 12.7 software version, free of charge. Here is how:

First, make sure your setup meets the V12 system requirements and that your DAW version is supported under V12.7.
Press the ‘Updates Available’ button at the top of Waves Central. This button means that there are free updates available for you within the same major version, from V12.0 to V12.7.

Important: Pressing this button will not in any way force you to update your older V9-V11 software (if you have any installed) to V12.
Press ‘Update’ on the bottom right and allow the process to complete.
Please note: You may notice, in your online account or in Waves Central, that your licenses are v12.0, even though you have just updated to (or installed) v12.7 software. This apparent mismatch is expected and correct. v12.0 licenses will activate v12.x software.

To check which plugin software version you are running, you can click the small Waves icon "W" on the top-left of any plugin and see the exact version number.
