How to Load Sync Vx in Studio One or Fender Studio Pro

Learn how to load Sync Vx in Studio One or in Fender Studio Pro in order to align multiple vocal tracks.

Sync Vx is available in the plugin list in Studio One or in Fender Studio Pro. Load an instance of Sync Vx on each track you want to sync or sync to.

Sync Vx can also be loaded as an ARA plugin. ARA stands for Audio Random Access, a protocol developed to improve the integration between audio plugins and DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations). It allows plugins and DAWs to exchange information about audio content and session structure seamlessly.

Please Note: Sync Vx ARA instances cannot communicate with Sync Vx VST3 insert instances.
Make sure to use the same plugin format for the tracks you wish to align.

Follow the steps below to load Sync Vx as an ARA plugin in Studio One or in Fender Studio Pro.

Sync Vx aligns audio from multiple tracks, so you’ll need to load it on each audio Event you wish to sync.

In Studio One or Studio Pro, you can insert Sync Vx on an audio Event in three ways:

  1. Right-click on the audio Event and select Event FX > Sync Vx: Right-click on the audio Event and select Event FX > Sync Vx
  2. Drag Sync Vx from the Browser to an Event – Sync Vx will be under Effects > Event Editors > Sync Vx: Drag Sync Vx from the Browser to an Event – Sync Vx will be under Effects > Event Editors > Sync Vx You can also drag the regular VST3 instance from the Effects > Waves menu while holding [Alt/Option] on your keyboard.
  3. Select an audio Event, then load Sync Vx from the Event FX > Inserts > Event Editors menu in the Inspector: Select an audio Event, then load Sync Vx from the Event FX > Inserts > Event Editors menu in the Inspector
