How to Align MyMon, MyFOH, mRecall or MixTwin versions with eMotion LV1 or SuperRack

New versions of the MyMon, MyFOH, mRecall & MixTwin apps are regularly released with new LV1/SuperRack versions. Download the latest version on the App Store and Google Play.

Important Notes:

  • All devices with MyMon in a session must have the same version of the MyMon app installed.
  • MyMon, MyFOH, mRecall & MixTwin cannot be rolled back to a previous version.
  • The MyRemote family of applications (mRecall, MyMon, MixTwin, MyFOH) are only supported with LV1 V14 or higher, with limited compatibility for LV1 V13. Refer to the section below for more information.

If you are not using the latest LV1/SuperRack versions, follow the steps below to download and install the relevant MyRemote service file on your host computer:

  1. Quit any running applications.
  2. Launch Waves Central and login to your account
  3. Go to the Install Products section and select All Products on the top panel.
  4. Type MyRemote in the search-bar.
  5. If you are using LV1/SuperRack v14, choose MyRemote v15 and click on Install.
  6. If you are using LV1/SuperRack v13  choose MyRemote v14 and click on Install.
  7. Once done, restart your computer.

Your SoundGrid application is now aligned with the latest mobile applications version. You can proceed to set up your Mobile applications with LV1.
