Can’t Log In to Waves Central – Nothing Happens

If you can log in to your Waves account, but nothing seems to happen when you try to log in to the Waves Central application, follow these instructions.

  1. Make sure your system complies with our System Requirements
  2. Download and install the latest version of Waves Central for | .
  3. Make sure there are no non-English letters in your username or password. If your username contains such letters, contact tech support in order to revise it. If your password contains them, reset your password.
  4. Disable Proxy:


    • Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections > LAN settings.
    • Uncheck “Use a proxy server for your LAN".


    • Go to System Preferences > Network and select your network adapter.
    • Click on Advanced.
    • Select the Proxies tab and uncheck any boxes on the list.
    • Click OK.
  5. If anti-virus software exists on your system, set an exclusion/exception for:

    • Windows: C:\Program Files\Waves Central.
    • Mac: Macintosh HD > Applications > Waves Central.
