At Waves we want to support your creativity by continuously improving our products. By sharing data about product usage, you will be contributing to the ongoing improvement of the products and services we create for you.

We also take your privacy very seriously. Therefore, we commit to using the data you provide in ways such as specified below and will not share any personal data with any third party for any purpose.

Which Data Are Being Tracked?

When you use our software products, we may collect certain data about your interaction with Waves software and services (“usage data”).

We may track data about your interaction with the product (for example how often you use which plugins). We will not track any data or activity occurring outside of Waves products.

Again, we take your privacy very seriously. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we collect from unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure. We will not share your personal data with any third party, for any purpose.

How We Will Use the Data

We use the data in order to improve the user experience we provide in our products, understanding which products and features we can continue to develop, and offer a broader range of possibilities to our users.

How to Change My Data Tracking Status

You can always change your data tracking status:

  1. Log in to Waves Central
  2. Go to the Settings page
  3. Under “Privacy,” toggle your data tracking status on and off.

Please note that if you change your data tracking status on one machine and also have Waves licenses on another machine, you must log in to Waves Central on that other machine for the new status to apply there as well.
