Eligibility
Waves Ultimate subscribers are eligible to receive the Online Mastering Benefit as part of their active subscription plan (excluding the free 7-day trial period). This benefit remains valid for the duration of an active subscription.
Online Mastering Benefit credits will be deposited into the user account following successful payment for each billing cycle of an active Waves Ultimate subscription.
Credit Accumulation and Forfeiture
Unused Online Mastering Benefit credits will automatically accumulate and roll over to the subsequent billing cycle.
In the event of cancellation of a Waves Ultimate subscription, whether initiated by the subscriber or due to payment failure, all unused or accumulated Online Mastering Benefit credits will be removed from the user's account upon subscription lapse and cannot be recovered. Credits previously purchased or obtained independently of the Waves Ultimate subscription benefit will remain unaffected by such cancellation and will persist in the user's account.
Resubscription
Should a subscriber initiate a new Waves Ultimate subscription after a prior cancellation, the Online Mastering Benefit will recommence in accordance with the terms of the new subscription plan (monthly or annual).
Credit Redemption & Hierarchy
Waves Online Mastering credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once applied, a credit is considered redeemed and cannot be reused.
When redeeming credits for Waves Online Mastering services, the system will prioritize the redemption of credits received via the Online Mastering Benefit. Only upon the complete utilization of all Online Mastering Benefit credits will the system begin redeeming credits acquired through other means (e.g., purchased credits).
Additional Credit Purchases
Users retain the option to purchase additional Online Mastering credits at any time. Information about purchasing additional Online Mastering credits can be found here.
Modification and Termination
Waves Audio reserves the exclusive right to modify or terminate the Online Mastering Benefit at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
