Incorrect Username or Password

If you are encountering a persistent “Incorrect Username or Password” message when trying to log into your Waves account on our website or in Waves Central, follow these instructions:

  1. Make sure that you are using the correct username to log in. It may be your email address.
  2. Your password is case-sensitive. Make sure Caps Lock is not ON and that you are entering the password with all necessary upper-case and lower-case letters.
  3. You can reset your password by clicking on Forgot Password?
