Waves Central's Install Button Is Disabled

If the Install button of the Waves Central app is grayed out, with the message “Please select at least one product” on the top left, follow these steps.

  1. Make sure you’ve selected at least one product. If you have, continue to step #2 below.
  2. Make sure there is at least one enabled network adapter in Windows’ Device Manager or in your computer’s BIOS.
  3. In case you have the ESET NOD32 anti-virus software installed on your computer, open it and add an exception under ‘Realtime Scan’ for the following path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves Central.
  4. In Windows’ Task Bar, disable any of the following programs (if they exist on your computer) – Genius Box, Glary Utilities, Roboform – or any other application running in the background (click on “show hidden icons”) that might be blocking communication with Waves’ servers.
