EasyWavesTM Equalizer is a 3-band equalizer with the following gain (dB) controls:

  1. Bass –controls lower frequencies.
  2. Mid-frequency – including an adjustable center-frequency (with a range from 300 to 4KHz – by the way, these upper and lower frequency limits are close to the cut-off frequencies of the bass and treble filters).
  3. Treble – controls higher frequencies.
  4. Output – adjusts the overall output gain.

Furthermore, EasyWaves Equalizer includes an internal clip indicator (click to reset) indicating distortion (i.e. too much limiting) and an Undo button to undo the previous function performed.

Quick Start
Activate the EasyWaves Equalizer plug-in and listen to the processed sound.
Click the mouse on the control you wish to adjust. Hold the left mouse button down and slide up or down to change the settings. Adjust the gain of each control by until you locate ideal settings for the best sound or emphasis on each frequency (i.e. bass, mid and treble frequencies). It is possible to adjust adjacent knobs simultaneously using generic Waves click and drag features. Click and drag a ‘square’ over the knobs to select the group of knobs you want to adjust simultaneously. Keep the mouse on one knob (it does not matter which), hold down the left button and drag up or down to adjust all the selected knobs accordingly.
