Certainly! An
old Quadra with two or more supported cards in it can turn into
a high end rack of processors. One key with products is required
on each computer.

If you had more
than one audio card in your computer, yes. MultiRack will sit
in the background and process audio while another application
is open and playing back. Simply run a cable from the outputs
of the card you are using for the editor into the card you are
utilizing for MultiRack.

This depends
on the audio card you are using. However, the Wave's shell system
that allows us use the available dsp power more efficiently. With
smaller components, you will have more available dsp power to
work with.

The next version
of the MultiRack will support file input and output. This means
that you will be able to play a file back from the hard drive
as input as well as take input from an outside source. You will
also be able to record to a new file thereby applying processing
in real-time.
