To ensure rapid and accurate technical support, please provide the following information when contacting tech support via email.

1. Your Wavekey number. This can be found on a sticker on the dongle. It will look like "10000".
2. The host application (e.g. Pro Tools, Sound Forge) and its version number.
3. The version of the Waves plug-ins you are using . On the Mac, open the Waves Plug-Ins folder inside the Waves folder. The version numbers are in the names of the plug-ins. On Windows, open theProgramFiles->Waves->Plug-Ins folder, right click on the IDR.dll file and choose properties. Click the version tab for the plug-in version.
4. The version of your system software.
5. A full description of the problem including the text from any error dialog boxes.
